This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000. This Platform is owned by AN AMM Entertainment Venture, registered at MAHESH TOWER, MANI RAM BAGIA, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.

By using this Platform or availing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms may be modified at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to periodically review them.

You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and at all times, and shall be responsible for all acts done through your registered account.

You agree not to use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, illegal, or forbidden by these Terms or applicable Indian laws.

All contents of this Platform are proprietary to AN AMM Entertainment Venture. You have no authority to claim intellectual property rights over any content.

All participants must sign (or digitally accept) a waiver before using facilities. Minors (under 18) require a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

• All jumpers must wear grip socks (available at venue).
• Follow all staff instructions and posted signs at all times.
• One person per trampoline. No double bouncing or flipping except in designated areas.
• No food, drinks, or chewing gum allowed on trampolines or activity areas.
• Pregnant women and individuals with pre-existing medical conditions must not participate in trampoline activities.
• Children under 5 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• All games at Hail Mogambo are played via Mogambo Card only. No single-play is permitted.

Mogambo Trampoline Park reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who violate safety rules.

Participation involves inherent risks. By entering the park, guests assume all responsibility for personal injury or damage to personal property.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booked time slot.

Refund Amount: 90% of the booking amount will be refunded. 10% is retained as a processing fee.

No Refunds: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booked slot, or no-shows, are not eligible for refunds.

Card Recharges: As per our services, Mogambo Card recharges do not entertain any refund policy.

Rescheduling: Bookings may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.

Group bookings and events must be paid in advance and adhere to the same rescheduling policy.

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments including UPI and wallets.

AN AMM Entertainment Venture collects personal data including name, date of birth, address, phone number, and email during registration or use of our Platform. Some sensitive data may be collected with consent.

Usage: Your data is used to provide services, resolve disputes, send offers, and improve your experience. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

Sharing: We may share data internally within group entities and with authorized third-party service providers. We may disclose data to law enforcement as required by law.

Security: We adopt reasonable security practices. However, transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed as completely secure.

Data Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and data by writing to us. Requests may be delayed if pending disputes or legal obligations exist.

By using our Platform, you consent to collection, use, and processing of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Hail Mogambo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings on premises.

The Platform Owner is not liable for any failure to perform obligations due to force majeure events.

You shall indemnify and hold harmless AN AMM Entertainment Venture, its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, or action arising out of your breach of these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

Mogambo Trampoline Park may close attractions or the entire park due to maintenance, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be provided for such closures.

Photography and video may be taken for promotional purposes. Guests who do not wish to be included must notify staff upon entry.

Offensive language, inappropriate behavior, or disorderly conduct may result in removal from the park without refund. Damage to park property must be compensated by the responsible party.
